How often do you need to clean using chemicals?
We suggest doing it once a year. Normal servicing is not possible to clean the dirt inside the coil.
What is the difference between chemical cleaning and normal servicing?
- Chemical cleaning will need more professional skills.
- It take longer time.
- chemical cleaning can clean all the parts of the air-conditional. (because the whole unit need to be dismantled)

Precautions to note:
For aircon units that are too old,we are not able to do it,maybe it will cause cover to creak or coil corrosion,and can cause gas leaking from the coil.
- Servicing contract is not inclusive of other services unless otherwise stated.
- Prices stated is for direct customers from CC Air-con Engineering.
- A 30% Admin fee applies for any refund for early termination of the contract.
- 3 Months Warranty for spare part replacements. 3 months warranty for water leaking after servicing/chemical overhaul done.
- Appointment slots are subjected to availability and on a first come first serve basis.
