Our 6 steps Process for normal servicing

Switch on and start the machine, check the operating conditions of the air conditioner (for abnormal noise, whether the blades are rotating normally, test the air temperature, and check the air volume).

Protect the surrounding furniture under the air conditioner using a plastic cover.

Dismantle the front cover, filters and bring along to clean in the washroom and dry it.

Vacuum the coil from outside(without dismantling it) and water piping to prevent choke.

Install back the cleaned parts and cover. Turn on the machine to test the air-conditioning operation, whether it is cold and the amount of air output.

Clean up the used places and
the environment.

Our Scope of Work for normal servicing

  • Cleaning and Checking of air filter cover, blower (Without dismantling) and evaporator.
  • Checking of condenser coil only.
  • Checking of Bio-pure / deodorizing filters if applicable.
  • Cleaning and checking of indoor cooling coils.
  • Checking of Compressor suction and discharge pressure.
  • Checking and lubricating* of motor bearings.
  • Flushing* drainage pipe and water tray. (*Normal flushing only)
  • Vacuum water pipe, blower and cooling coil.
  • Dismantle and wash blower of fan coil unit is NOT included.
  • Dispose rubbish and clean up on-site.
  • Any additional services (chemical overhaul, gas top up, servicing condenser, repair job etc…) NOT included in CONTRACT SERVICING.
  • Servicing contract is not inclusive of other services unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices stated is for direct customers from CC Air-con Engineering.
  • A 30% Admin fee applies for any refund for early termination of the contract.
  • 3 Months Warranty for spare part replacements. 3 months warranty for water leaking after servicing/chemical overhaul done.
  • Appointment slots are subjected to availability and on a first come first serve basis.
